When reporting a bug, please include:
Settings → choose native language (UI) and learning language (map content). On a map you can temporarily switch EN/VI when the two languages differ.
Three free maps work offline. Additional maps may need a network download of media the first time after unlock. If a download fails, check the network and try again. To free space: Settings → Downloaded maps (parental gate). The next time a map is opened, it will download again when online. The three maps included in the app cannot be removed.
Unlock each paid map from the map list or world hub (parental gate before checkout). Restore: Settings → Restore purchases with the store account used to buy. Manage purchases in your store account settings.
