Terms of Use — Nature Reach

By using Nature Reach, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree on behalf of the child when you allow them to use the app.

1. Service

Nature Reach is an educational exploration app about nature on maps (animals, plants, and environmental features). Content is for children’s learning; it does not replace textbooks or professional advice.

2. Free maps and in-app purchases

Free: three maps (African savanna, small pond, rainforest) with media to play offline.
Additional maps (one-time Non-Consumable): each paid map unlocks permanently on your store account after a successful purchase. Additional-map media may download from the cloud the first time (network required).

Prices shown in the app come from the store and may vary by region. Transactions and refunds follow the store’s policies.

3. Restore purchases

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the same store account to unlock paid maps again on another device or after reinstalling the app.

4. Progress and on-device data

Discovery progress and the parent Exploration activity counters (map visits, interactions with animals, plants, or natural features, and content that has become familiar through Find it) are stored on the device. Deleting the app or losing the device may erase progress, those counters, and downloaded media packs (purchase entitlements can still be restored via the store). We are not responsible for data loss due to lost device, app deletion, or device failure.

5. Acceptable use

You / the parent are responsible for using the app in accordance with the laws where you live. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app’s content / media beyond what the store and applicable law allow.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
